ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website, you agree to be bound by the Policies and Procedures, and all disclaimers, terms, and conditions that appear herein and elsewhere on the site. Apopka Avionics reserves the right to update or change these policies at any time without prior notice.
Any tampering with the website, misrepresentation of identity, use of unauthorized buying agents, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
Apopka Avionics, LLC General Terms and Conditions:
Pricing does not include Freight charges, Applicable sales tax, crew or fuel costs for any flight-testing.
This pricing does not include any software or hardware modifications to existing aircraft systems or other external systems/components that may be required to facilitate this installation.
Estimates including customer supplied equipment will have 15% of list price added to estimate parts total.
Estimate/flat rate pricing does not include repairs on any discrepancies that may be found.
Upon arrival of the aircraft, an incoming inspection will be performed. A discrepancy list and repair estimate will be provided for your approval.
Discrepancies found could affect aircraft downtime.
Removed equipment will become the property of Apopka Avionics.
All estimates are valid for 10 days.
Pricing is based on sufficient space available to mount the estimated equipment. If any existing antennas or equipment require relocation or panel modification to accommodate the installation of the estimated systems additional charges will occur and will require written approval to proceed.
Pricing does not include any fees from foreign government agencies for approvals to install the estimated equipment. This only applies to non-US registered aircraft.
Existing aircraft equipment must be at the current software levels and compatible for interfacing with the estimated equipment.
In the event that deposit payment is made without a signed work order and/or work authorization it will be inferred that the terms and conditions of this work estimate are accepted.
WARRANTY POLICY
All used equipment supplied by Apopka Avionics will carry a 30- day warranty.
Apopka Avionics will not be responsible for failures of customer supplied equipment.
Apopka Avionics will not be responsible for failures of used serviceable equipment.
All customer supplied equipment must include racks, connectors, configuration modules, etc. Installation labor will carry a 6-month labor warranty from date of aircraft release.
All warranty considerations will be performed at Apopka, X04, airport.
Apopka Avionics, LLC is not responsible for shipping charges associated with manufacturer’s warranty for repairs, warranty, or troubleshooting labor.
Apopka Avionics, LLC is not responsible for repair charges associated with customer supplied used serviceable equipment failures or related troubleshooting labor.
Apopka Avionics, LLC is not responsible for any existing aircraft record discrepancies, (I.E. logbooks, W&B sheets or FAA form 337s)RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns must follow the guidelines in our Return Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies to stock items, unless the credit is applied toward the purchase of equipment of equal or greater value.

INSTALLATION POLICY
Certain avionics equipment may only be shipped if it is designated for experimental aircraft. For certified aircraft, the equipment must be installed by Apopka Avionics or a certified avionics dealer. One of our representatives will contact you to confirm your installation details.
Install Payment Terms:
The progressive payments that may be required are based on check or cash payments. Additional fees will be added for other methods of payment.
There will be a charge equaling 5% of the total labor added to your invoice to cover shop consumables. Apopka Avionics, LLC requires a 75% deposit or the total cost of equipment whichever is higher on all proposals regardless of the customer’s terms.
The balances of the estimated amount, plus any additional fees such as shipping, bank fees and additional installation supplies are due upon completion prior to aircraft release and ANY flight.

Pricing availability at the time of proposal generation.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We make every effort to ensure accuracy; however, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—even after an order has been placed. If a pricing or availability error is discovered after your card is charged, we will issue a refund promptly.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Florida or other jurisdictions where Apopka Avionics is required to collect tax. If you have a valid tax-exemption or resale certificate, please contact us before placing your order.
